For those of you unfamiliar, WESKER'S REPORT is a DVD that comes with RESIDENT EVIL CODE: VERONICA X, for the Playstation 2, that outlines the entire storyline for the Resident Evil series. Capcom has not set a price for the DVD, but according to a spokesperson, it is supposed to be an affordable price
