On Monday, September 22nd WITCHBLADE CENTRAL STATION took out a full-page ad in the print edition of VARIETY supporting their "Believe in the WITCHBLADE" campaign, an attempt to find a new network home for the canceled fantasy thriller series. The ad was funded by donations.

WITCHBLADE, based on the Top Cow comic book of the same name, recounted the adventures of a NYC detective who obtains supernatural powers from the eponymous magical weapon. WITCHBLADE is one of several canceled series this season which have spawned fan campaigns.
