The Wolverine Poster and Interview

A tease of sorts

By Robert T. Trate     October 29, 2012
Source: Entertainment Weekly

Check out this monster long interview Hugh Jackman and James Mangold (3:10 to Yuma) on the set of The Wolverine. Marvel's Ryan Penagos (aka Agent M) chats up the star and his director about the shoot and the wrapping up the production. This interview was posted on the The Wolverine YouTube page (far bottom).

The other bit of fun comes from Entertainment Weekly in the form of The Wolverine teaser poster. In a word, perfect.

The Wolverine arrives in July 26, 2013.

Thanks to Chopsaki for the submission.

I'd actually like this to be the main poster, not a teaser! Doesn't give anything away and no floating heads.

 looks fucking cool.

It is prabaly the best part of everything associated with that film.

Is it me or are the claws on the left hand a little off center?

I like that it takes place after X3, not a prequel, Logan moves on and can continue its own way.

Im hoping this will turn out alot better than the first Origins movie.

Yeah I love that they have crapped all over the continuity of the characters yet again. It is GREAT. At this point this X-Men verse should not even be considered the same Marvel verse as the Avengers.

It is kind of like the Nolan Batman verse, in that it is not the same DC verse as the normal one.  Superman does not live in Nolan's verse for Batman.  They are not friends.  Which is lame.

I hope this movie crashes and burns. I hope it loses more money that Fox can afford and the rights for the X-Men are lost. That was Marvel can re-boot everything X-Men and make it all in the same Marvel verse as the Avengers.

I'm with you axia777. I hate what Fox has done to the X-Men universe. Actually I hate what all other studios have done with Marvel properties. I hate what Warner Brothers has done to the DC properties. Make Mine Marvel

Just remember guys, if ur gonna watch it, just buy a ticket for another movie and sneak into wolverine. It's easy. If for some reason, some movie geek catches you, tell them ur doing this so that Marvel can get the rights back to the Xmen franchise. He'll punch his chest, and say, "right on brotha"
