LOL Wise! But after about a hundred years you would be singing Queen's "Who Wants To Live Forever?""

Bullcrap. There is so much to see in the future if we could live forever it is not even a joke. I want to see mars and Jupiter in person. Not gonna happen in our life times. Think about all that. LOL

As for the trailers I guess it looks good. Not what I wanted but what is with the Fox X-men movies?

Just an FYI, Wolverine did get his powers stripped from him in the comics once and still had hit metal bones and claws.  It was in the arc that dealth with Genosha, and the island where they removed mutants powers.  And Wolverine said something about the Genoshans not realizing that his claws were part of his mutant powers.  But later on we find out that he has bone claws under the metal.  But even if the bone claws are removed the metal is still there.

Also, who's the blond in the green outfit.  It almost looks like the Enchantress (although I know it can't be her because she's Marvel's property)...who is she playing?

Higgy, that's kinda my point.  People like me who have a fair working knowledge of the comic book stories, but never really read them and got into all the different story arcs and details, don't want to go to the movies and see our hero being stripped of what makes him such a badass.  However, I'm not going to judge it til I see it.  My point is just that it's only a 2 hour movie and so the casual movie fan doesn't want to see him lose his powers for half the movie.  Like I said, I love Superman II but I fast forward through most of the parts where he's stripped of his powers.  Not only did I find those parts boring, but it also really pissed me off that Supes gave in to his woman's selfish feelings and essentially his selfishness, too.  I just don't like it when they add such elements to these movies simply to beef up the story.  I feel like it's the lazy way out.

I wasn't wowed and on the fence.  Hopefully this will turn out to be a good flick and I agree with elbaz et al; I hate the losing powers story lines.  It is such a cop out.  I hope the story isn't Wolvie isn't Wolverine anymore, has powers taken away, gets a$$ kicked, realizes he needs his powers, gets them back, defeats bad guys, then comes to grips with being Wolverine and rejoins the X-Men.  Borrrriiiiiing!
