With Wolverine being the main focus in X-Men: Days of Future Past and Deathlok appearing on Agents of SHIELD it natural to release an animated comic of both next week! Shout! Factory is hitting us with another Marvel Knights feature just in time for the X-Men movie and Agents of SHIELD finale. PRESS RELEASE: This spring, Marvel fans will have the chance to witness the epically brutal battle between one of Marvel’s greatest heroes Wolverine and the ruthless cyborg villain Deathlok the Demolisher.  Eisner Award nominees Jason Aaron (Thor: God of Thunder, Wolverine) and artist Ron Garney (Hulk, The Amazing Spider-Man) team up to deliver the exciting comic book action adventure WOLVERINE WEAPON X: TOMORROW DIES TODAY. This adrenaline pumping story captures Wolverine’s life as it becomes more complicated when cybernetic robots from the future embark on a Super Hero killing spree, and the only person who can help, is a young waitress who insists that she knows him - or at least, the person he will become.  On May 13, 2014, Marvel Knights Animation’s WOLVERINE WEAPON X: TOMORROW DIES TODAY DVD debuts for the first time on home entertainment shelves from Shout! Now, in order to prevent Roxxon's rise and the eventual slaughter of the world's heroes, Wolverine must join forces with a mysterious woman possessing unexplained knowledge of the coming dystopia. The animation looks annoying.  If the animation is like Iron Man:  Extremis then I'm fine with it, but if it's like Technovore then it'll annoy the ever lovin' shit outta me.

 I'd be first in line for this if they made it an actual animate movie instead of just an animated comic. I guess they sell, since they keep making them, but I really wish they'd just step up their animate feature program (one of the places Marvel is lagging behind DC).
