Lynda Carter signs on to play principal for kid superheroes

Lynda Carter's prior experience playing the star of the 1970s television series WONDER WOMAN will come in handy when she plays the school principal in SKY HIGH, the new movie from Walt Disney Productions. Carter will oversee a high school where the sons and daughters of superheroes come to learn reading, writing and arithmetic as well as how to control their powers so that one day they can become heroes of their own. Kelly Preston and Kurt Russell are also slated to star as the superheroic parents of a boy (to be played by Michael Angarano.)

SKY HIGH will arrive in theaters in 2005.
