Wong Set to Take WATCH

New Line has set James Wong to rewrite and direct THE WATCH. The original script was written by John Claflin and Daniel Zelman.

The horror film set during WWII focuses on a team of soldiers sent on a mission that can help end World War II and battle a supernatural force.

Fort Hill Productions' Matt LeBlanc and John Goldstone will produce. Verna Harrah will executive produce.

James Wong will always deserve my money for his and Glen Morgan's stint on "The X-Files". That show was a breeding ground for excellent storytellers...

This could be pretty good; I like the premise. I loved the first few minutes of Hellboy; thought it was the best part of the film.

it sounds cool though... if he's in it, that'd be cool too. he still needs to make up for his Lost in Space performance.

That book freaked me out. Don't bother watching the movie made from the book, though.
