Wood set for SUNSHINE

VARIETY notes that Elijah Wood has been selected for the cast of THE ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND, which will also features the talents of Jim Carrey, Kate Winslet, Kirsten Dunst, Tom Wilkinson, and Mark Ruffalo under the direction of Michel Gondry.

Charlie Kaufman's script is being produced at Focus Features and will begin shooting in New York in January. The story is an amnesiac romance concerning a partial brain-wipe that goes awry.
