Pitt vs Zombies

By Robert T. Trate     November 06, 2012
Source: Entertainment tonight

Remember the World War Z movie that was supposed to come out? Well we barely do too as it has been in development hell forever. Apparently Paramount got the film back in order and is ready to unleash footage upon the world. This Thursday, November 8th, Entertainment Tonight will premiere footage for Max Brook’s zombie tale. Will Marc Foster’s film be worth the wait? We’ll find out on June 21st, 2013.

Thanks to Mugsy666 for the submission.

 Looks good.

Holy shit!  At first I wasn't sure about the whole "running zombie" thing, but they look like a swarm of ants or something all working as one huge mass knocking over that bus and climbing that wall.

I hope they do a better CGI horde than "I am Legend" managed, that shit ruined that film for me.

I wonder how much of the actual book will be the basis for this movie.

Tidal wave zombies? I think I'll wait for Sharknado instead.

Well damn! Those zombies are fast!

The book was great, but not an action story.  Brad Ptt's character in the book was never near any action, he just got stories after the war was over. Unfortunately, I don't thin this will work as well putting him into each of the stries lke this seems to.  The stories are recounts from all over the world and across a good deal of time.

It looks like a huge departure from the book.  Too bad too, the book would've made a great series.

Why not just rename this so there's a chance for a faithful adaptation of the book down the line

I'm still checking this out though. I like how it looks

Agree with larkcall and Wise, this doesn't look like the book so far.  I'll still check it out though.

Why not just call it The Sprinting Dead.

Kinda looking forward to this as they filmed sequences in Glasgow where I live and we went down to watch the filming as they transformed the main city square into Philadelphia
