MrJE, I actually liked 12 Monkeys, though I didn't care for Mr. and Mrs. Smith.  I just thought it was stupid and not at all entertaining.

Still up on Youtube, search "world war z official trailer #2".  And Mike10, more like the Running Dead.  Still don't see any Zombie like stuff though.  With what they have shown so far could be a growing army of crazy people at this point. (and Yes I know it's Zombie's, just want to actually see them close up).

Still not interested.  Why make a World War Z movie that isn't based on the book?  Makes zero sense!

OK Now the this trailer is officially up you Apple's trailer site looked at it again.  Still does not look like a Zombie flick to me.  Too CGI looking and you have not scene any Zombie faces on this.  Also the running / climbing over each other..can't get into this.  Looks way too fake.

Yeah my biggest complain is that they're using the title thus making it less likely the book will be turn into a tv series they way it was meant to be.

The movie itself looks pretty cool to me and I'll do my best to separate it from the book so it doesn't detract from my enjoyment.

This trailer looks better than all the others and I might check this out at the drive-in but I still think this would work better if they used flying sharks instead of zombies.

joeybaloney 3/25/2013 11:31:11 AM

Not flying sharks, really. More like fast hovering sharks. That would rock this movie.

what the fuck i can't find the trailer it's been removed ..thank you Mania  :(

Wiseguy: I agree. They're taking the title of a good book and tying it to a shitty B movie about a virus. From the trailer, it doesn't even look like zombies. This goes against all the characteristics of true zombie films.

This should have been a tv show with every episode devoted to a different survivor's story. Just have a guy interview the survivors and run some flashbacks. There ya have it. Done and done. That would have made a MUCH more appealing and faithful rendition.

I'll rent it. Or better yet, I'll just wait until they run it 6-7 times on HBO or Showtime or Encore.
