Plan B Entertainment brings you World War Z who paid Max Brooks millions of dollars to merely borrow the title of his New York Times best selling book!

It will be interesting to see what excuse they come up with as to why zombies are faster than Usain Bolt here.  How do rotting type II muscle fibers adequately use glycolytic enzymes for oxidative metabolism?  There is no way deteriorating flesh could generate enough ATP and split them at a high enough rate to result in this hive/wave like behavior.

 Um, that is totally unoriginal.  How do you take such good source material and produce such a lame ass production?  Why even buy the rights to the book if you are going to make it about Brad Pitt, the only man who can save the world from something that isn't a zombie.  World War Z was really good stuff.  It deserved a series, as much, if not more than The walking Dead.  It not only told stories from several different perspectives, but it dealt with rebuilding the world after the zombies.  It was not a zombie wet dream...it was a metaphor for what we would have to do to rebuild after a major world disaster.  

The movie should be titled "Attack of the Super Fast CGI Zombie".

Just like PRIEST..based on the title only. The film was in no way simialr to the orignal manga from TokyoPOP, completely different story.
