This sounds good. I'm not sure that Sam Worthington should be in it. He has yet to impress me enough to get work but he still does. He must have a lot of dirt on people to keep getting cast in big budget films. At this point I hope his name is only attached to get funding and that they will move on to some one I like more.

This does sound really good. We all keep complaining about Hollywood doing nothing new and time and again we are reminded that plenty of fresh material is out there.

Speaking of which: Remender talking about the works of Mamet and Ellroy as inspiration reminds me of the list article discussions that have been made about what is "inspiration" and what is "ripoff". I haven't seen or read the works he sited nor his, but because he got the spark for his story from theirs is he ripping them off or was he just given the seed he used to grow his own tree?

His citing those works just reminded me of the legal troubles James Cameron got into when he admitted in an interview that two of Harlan Ellison's Outer Limits episodes inspired him to make The Terminator.

Well it sure looks like Worthington owes James Cameron his first born after all.  After getting the gig for Terminator Salvation thanks to having shot his scenes for Avatar, Worthington is now being offered some pretty big roles thanks to Cameron getting his name out there.

As for this project, I'm really curious to read the book when it's released.  Sounds really interesting.

Worthington is currently the go-to guy. Nice. I'll definitely check out this comic book.

I have to agree.  Worthington does nothing for me.  I actually cant differentiate his characters from one film to another. 

Im not sure what it is.  I just dont find his personality captivating.
