Awesome! Can't wait! Huge fan of Wright, Pegg and Frost.
After years of panel questions wanting to know when we're going to see a sequel in the "Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy"---the name set aside for Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and a third tale---writers Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg are poised to flesh out a third installment in the series. Check out the Twitter pic which Wright posed down below.
The image of the two confirms once again that this next adventure starring Pegg and his friend Nick Frost will be called The World's End.
Whatever makes them tick. The last two were great fun. Just don't try to hard on the third lap.
Maybe it'll be an Armageddon type storyline. Or a natural disaster movie. It's hard to think of genre themes these guys haven't done yet. Ghosts? Old-timey sea adventure story?
This is great news and something to really look forward to. Recently saw Paul and was really impressed with Pegg. Happy Australia Day to all the Oz Maniacs!
