Double meh unless I hear about some live action movie news.

are these new flicks or a DVD collection of movies that have been out for a while? I just want to know if they're any good. The original series was amazing, but there were a couple follow-ups that were downright crummy.

Shadow Chronicles was pretty good, it sort of followed the Sentinels books in a roun dabout way.  This Love Live Alive thing looks dodgy though.  Short trailer and it seems to be a prequel about Lancer (meh indeed).  I'm worried that it either sucks, is very short or is a lot of recycled "flashbook" footage from New Generation.  @Gammenon, I'm all in favor of live action movie developments, but after Pacific Rim, don't hold your breath.

Awesome, can't wait!  I'm a Robotech die hard, so I'll take whatever they give me!  I just wish they wouldn't wait so long between releases.
