aww come on now what the fuck, i was under the assumption that magick and yu-gi-oh were the pinnacle of the battle/trading card world. i have watch 2 of my best friends play and it was actually very fucking entertaining to say the least. but x-files trading cards is just retarded.

This is not the first set of X Files trading cards.I collect autographed ones and a few pieceworks cards.I have never been able to afford the Gillian Anderson ones(around $400.00 and sometimes higher).David has never signed so I expect the price to be high as well.I guess you just have to like the hobby hopefully everyone has a hobby or something they enjoy doing. :o)

Umm. Isn't her name Scully (not Skully)? Or are the cards of an alternate universe X-Files where she's really the Red Skull's sister, and she fights along side of Mulder and Captain America?

Um, I am bit lost here. Why on earth would you post info on trading cards when the official trailer for The-X Files: I want to Believe is up and running on the xfiles site? I find that a bit off. No offense to the staff but I find some of your reporting a bit lackluster. I am also not a fan of the sites redesign now that I think about it. Could we please go back to the old format? Keep the bloody avatars, but get rid of the other crap. Oh and I do like your new logo.

Alien,

You beat me to the punch! :-)

I think it's rather silly to post an article about X-Files trading cards coming since I've outgrown collecting trading cards of any type since I was about, oh, 13 years old. The fact that Fox has finally released a trailer is MUCH more interesting and appealing to the fans (in my opinion, anyways) than plans for releasing a trading cards set. But hey, if anyone really likes the idea of trading cards coming, more power to them.

For anyone who wants the link to see the trailer, here it is:
