Here is our first official behind the scenes feature for Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past. It is a great look at what bringing these two story lines together means to Singer.

Synopsis: The film is based on the comic book storyline "Days of Future Past," which ran in Uncanny X-Men #141 and 142 back in 1981 during Chris Claremont and John Byrne's run and introduced the idea of an alternate future for Marvel's mutants that grew out of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killing an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.

X-Men: Days of Future Past stars Ian McKellen, Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Evan Jonigkeit, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Halle Berry and Daniel Cudmore. Singer is back behind the camera.
X-Men: Days of Future Past arrives May 23, 2014.

I can't wait for this movie.

Eh if singer didnt do such a terrible job with staying true to certain characters, I have minimal hope for this one.  It's only awesome by name imo.

I really want this to be good, but there are a few flashes in the trailer that give me a Mortal Kombat 2 vibe.

Mr Singer has Avengers Envy from the looks of the trailers.....

@Darth, the entire Hollywood institution has Avengers envy.  Singer has a good case of it, but the real epidemic is over at Warner Bros. as they try to cram everything they can into the next Man of Steel.

James McAvoy looks an awful lot like Patrick Stewart. I would love to see him play a young Picard someday.

@reek - lol, you aint kidding, amigo. You and others mite find this hard to believe but I'm really hoping that wb nails B-vs-SM (or what ever they deceide to call it) cause then we mite finally see the DCU come to life.....

I still hope fox lose's the rights to Xmen&FF tthough, lol.....

As much as we like to pit Marvel vrs DC,  I think everyone hopes for a Great BMvsSM.  I know I do!  Its just better for the industry, If DC steps up and makes a great DC movie Universe, then Marvel will have to stay on their toes so that they don't fall behind, Then everyone wins!.  Of course Fox doesn't care about quality of product, just as long as they keep dumping out X-men movies, they will make their money.
