YOSEI Getting the Manga Treatment

Looks like the historical fantasy novels Hakushaku to Yosei will be heading the world of Manga very soon. The announcement came via Shueisha's Cobalt shojo magazine, which hit stores on May 17. The original Mizue Tani novels were illustrated by Asako Takaboshi but the new manga series' art will be done by Ayuko.The manga premieres in the October issue of The Margaret magazine, which will hit store shelves on August 24.
Plot Concept: Set in Victorian-era England, the light novels follow a 17-year-old named Lydia Carlton whose fascination with fairies led to her nickname, the "Fairy Doctor." While sailing to London, Lydia encounters Edgar J.C. Ashenheart, the Count of the Blue Knights, and joins him on his search for the sword of his family lineage.
