somebody should slap the show runners , the continued lack of respect for the characters is unbelievable, but this was the best episode so far IMO. I personally cant wait for Avengers to come back on .

Young Justice delivers a placeholder episode this week, counterbalancing its few bad points with a lot of average assets instead of any great ones. Robin takes a powder while the rest of the team strives to protect the helmet of Dr. Fate from Abra Kadabra and Klarion the Witch-Boy. Most of the drama surrounds Kid Flash’s inability to believe in magic and the Very Important Lesson he learns about opening your mind to new possibilities. The grating after-school-special vibes compete with the typically solid fight choreography, though not enough to derail “Denial’s” entertainment value .
The episode’s real lost opportunity is Klarion, one of DC Comic’s most underrated bad guys whose petulance and veiled menace here promise to set a new standard for villainy on Young Justice. Sadly, a miscast voice actor proves far too distracting to really capitalize on it, leaving “Denial” passably decent instead of really great.

This was my favorite episode so far. I love seeing Dr. Fate (sort of) and really dug the titular issues of Kid Flash. At this point, I have a lot of built in forgiveness for variance from canon.
I find it particularly amusing when the people whine about creators not "following canon" or "disrespecting" the characters; especially when the basic premise of the show is that it takes place in an altogether different fictional universe. If you want canon, go read the comics set in the regular universe. As adaptation goes, I actually find this particular take on the DCU quite refreshing and entertaining so far. Sure there are changes, but why would anyone invest my time watching a repetition of what has been already read elsewhere? As long as they keep the spirit of the characters, I don't have a problem with it.
I do think they have a point about Dr. Fates helmet. I mean if Red Tornado was so concerned about it falling into the wrong hands then I seriously doubt it would go on a book shelf in the kiddie cave. I'm just saying...
Honestly I like the show. The only problem I have with it is using the wrong secret identities for Robin and Kid Flash. Robin at that point should be Tim Drake and Kid Flash should be Bart Allen. That's all. Otherwise great show
thats what im saying , really just throw it on the shelf, and didnt he say that he was going to put it to good use. Collecting Dust is a really important thing to do .
No different then smallville having it collect dust in a closed down museum
Weak sode this week, Fates helmet as a souvenir?! On a shelf?!!! Will somebody just slap Kid Flash, please?
