we saw the HULK early at midnight ( 11:59am @ AMC 29 / IMAX 1 in olathe ) - all i can say is INCREDIBLE -HULK SMASH !! --I liked it alot - I thought the story was a great way to pick up from the previous one in 2003 and the CGI in 5 years has gotten ridiculous it also re-start's the franchise in the right direction. I like seeing lou ferigno in it - and he looks like he could play the tv hulk still today !!! - also the haunting piano chords from the TV show was a nice touch and the quick clip of bill bixby was a nice tribute as well. As for the action scenes with HULK and the military and abomination -- OMG --- awesome - they amaze me what they can do with computers - i am sure some people will slam the film saying it looked video gamish in some scenes but 95% of the hulks on screen looked great to me and true to the comic - I say dont hesitate - go and see it -- you will love it if you like the HULK at all and if you dont know a thing about the HULK you will by the end of the movie...

waited 20 years for a book ? -- what there wasnt any good sci fi books since then? - i mean i am sure he picked some book that is a combination - terminator/ blade runner that is morphed into some star wars or star trekian universe with a wrapper - dont get me wrong i love his movies - gladiator is awesome and sherwood should be good but be real. I think the focus in hollywood is to make the project better now vs bigger esp after iron man and you will see the dollars roll in - so all he really needs to do is find a 3-6 book series and harry potter / LOTR the shit out of it and he will do fine. aka terminator triology like mcg is doing.

i have to agree with the review and actually give it a c- I saw this today at the early am showing at AMC and the film was way too busy on the screen too fast motion to follow and really a poorly done storyline with charecters i didnt like or connect too - big big disapointment - i think the brothers wachowski should try to get halo for there next project or an original story and go back to what they do best matrix or v-vendetta style movies - this film was just poor

i am just going to buy my tv shows on dvd right now - target puts them on sale for 19.99 all the time that way the writers can lose out on even more money because theyre not making money while there not writing - and the strike is over lost revenues from dvd sales basically so I support them yes but i want my shows - and if that means buying them Oh well -- i can wait i have other seasons i need to catch up on anyways

Sources close to the lovely Sarah Michelle Gellar tell me she's become somewhat disenchanted with the movie scripts she's been receiving, so she's considering...wait for it...coming back to television.
