GREAT - But Bland

I went to the midnite screening at AMC 30 in the IMAX in olathe KS. 1st off the movie is very entertaining and very good visually but i think the story was too packed with all this love story frivality and stuff that I thought we worked out in the 1st two films esp to feature venom, his presence should have been Featured in a solo spidey sequal vs 3 villians and a love story, because up until the point of the movie when venom arrived it was a very bland film, just so so experience and not up to par with the 1st film. However I think the best part of the film is when pete's attitude changes toward a darker personality with a active libido while wearing the black suit under his normal clothes i was laughing all the way.
I can deffinately say i liked it alot but would i see it a second or third time in the theater like i did with spiderman 1 & 2 and pirates of the carribean and star wars ... probably not 3 reasons why
1. Tired of seeing the "titanic" love story in a movie that should be action only
2. AMC and other theaters charge way too much now $9.00 per adult
3. It did'nt live up to my expectations, i enjoyed it but was'nt enthralled by it.
will i buy it on DVD eventually - deffinately, sony has me as a spidey customer I just feel like how i felt at the end of "Matrix revolustions" my mouth wide open looking at other people going " thats it " ... so I will wait for 4 but i think sam rami should step down and allow a new director at the helm for a bit
