Not so Good
By: zack2366Date: Monday, May 14, 2007
I went and saw 28 weeks last night - story wise its not as good as the first one - but it is deffinately better visually than the first , but thats what also makes the original good in my opinion . Rose Bryne is a solid actress as well as the little sister " amanda walker " she is natalie portman beautiful and should have a great career. The film is somewhat graphic and horrific at times but not in the same sense as traditional zombie flicks. I had high hopes for this film, since the original is a classic to me and transformed the run of the mill zombies from slow witted standabouts to full speed carnivores, also this film or maybe grindhouse did but they steal a scene from each other which i wont spoil. My advice is to wait for the DVD because if the studio decides to do more " 28 " films i am sure it will be straight to DVD in my opinion.
