Xeno, do you watch Heroes? If you do you probably already know that every season after season 1 IS the parody of Heroes.

Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the team behind the Crank films, Gamer and next year's Jonah Hex, are jumping into the television market with a new one-hour project for NBC called "Zeroes," says the Hollywood Reporter. BermanBraun approached Neveldine and Taylor with the idea to do "a crisis show that doesn't bore you with all of the buildup leading to the crisis," Taylor said. Neveldine and Taylor are writing the script and the two also are on board to direct the potential pilot.
"We want to drop right into it and sustain the absolute most berserk state of crisis, when all of the options have been exhausted," he said. "We want to take that last 60 minutes and sustain it for the entire show."
Plot Concept: Being described as a high-intensity drama chronicling the last hour of a crisis situation, the show's title refers to a fictional team of guys called in as a last resort who are "absolutely ruthless" in their use of force.

I think it'd be awesome if NBC partnered this with Heroes on Monday nights. I stopped watching Heroes midway through season 3, but it'd be an easy marketing concept if Mondays went "from Zeroes to Heroes."
yeeesh! harsh you guys. I'll wait for more info on this one before comenting the concept seems interesting enough.
as for heroes well I'm a fan of the show- enough said
Somebody's already done some short episodes of "Zeroes" that actually does parody "Heroes"...pretty funny stuff. You can probably find them at youtube.
I'm actually not a fan of the concept so far. Dealing with crises, part of the story is how they got there, and what happens afterward. CTV/CBS have found the right mix of drama and action for this type of how in Flashpoint. Hopefully someone will wake up and see that and get the ratings to come up...
This sounds like fun. It will need a great group of characters.Fecal matter slamming the the fan right from the start of the credits!
When I first read the headline, I thought this was going to be a parody abou heros.
