What a waste of a movie Conan was. Arnie's holds in comparison even today. I just couldn't believe how boring the script was. The characters looked good, but they didn't do anything. I walked out and went and saw Fright NIght. Colin Farrell definitely had that creepy edge, and the Peter Vincent take was very good. Maybe it will have some word of mouth to it. All in All "R" rated movies are a bad idea in August. They should have released Fright Night in late September or early October.
Is this one going to have werewolves in it too?
Gore here's a couple ideas for cutting costs:
NO CGI mask, NO CGI horses, NO real silver bullets, and forget the trains. The last western that made substantial use of trains was the WILD WILD WEST, and look how that turned out. Trains are boring unless Batman is on them....
Um the budget for a western is too much? C'mon...
Saw Ahhhnold the other night in this classic. It holds up pretty well, especially the music, unlike so many 80's movies. I wonder if Oliver Stone had gotten his original sci fi script approved, what we would think about Conan today? Good or bad? Anyway, kind of looking forward to this one... Trailers look good anyway...but who can tell by a trailer...
I don't care if Alfred Hitchcock returned from the grave to direct this one...still gonna be at the very bottom of my must watch list...
Sorry, just saw that episode of Two and A Half Men with he and Jon Amos playing Navy "buddies" , suddenly he doesn't seem like such a tough guy anymore...
Turned down Snape to play an ape.... HEY THAT RHYMES!!!
in order
Die Hard
Die Hard WAV
LFO Die Hard
Die Hard 2 DH
And I believe every sequel was based on a book or story that originally was not a Die Hard script...
YK MF!!

Hard to get excited over a board.... How about Hungry Hungry Hippos the movie! Go Fish the Movie! Crazy eights the Movie! (Oh wait Adam Sandler may have already made that one)
